Tim Goepel

Associate - Vancouver Offices

Tim Goepel joined Lindsay Kenney LLP in 2006 and is an associate lawyer in our general litigation group, practicing in our Vancouver office. Tim has appeared in British Columbia Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, the Federal Court of Canada, and has assisted senior counsel in the BC Court of Appeal. As part of his litigation practice, Tim handles cases involving commercial contracts, shareholder and partnership disputes, fraud and intellectual property.

Tim graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2002 and a Bachelor of Laws in 2005 from the University of British Columbia. Growing up he competed at both the provincial and national level in tennis.  Tim began his undergraduate education in the U.S. on a tennis scholarship, then returned to Victoria to complete his degree. Since joining LK Law, he has added golf, softball and basketball to his athletic repertoire, serving as captain of the firm’s Hoop-Law Basketball team. Tim also takes part in the annual Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay.
