Tiffany Tsang joined LK Law in 2000 an associate lawyer in our Vancouver office. Tiffany practices insurance defence law, with an emphasis on defending personal injury claims arising out of car accidents and occupier liability claims in Vancouver. She is also known as a brain injury lawyer, workers compensation lawyer and personal injury lawyer in Vancouver. She appears in BC Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of BC and BC Provincial Court and as a personal injury lawyer in Vancouver, is frequently involved in resolution of claims through alternative dispute resolution.

Since being called to the bar, Ms Tsang has conducted trials and appeals in Provincial Court, Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal in B.C. and brings deep experience in trials by judge as well as trial by jury. Tiffany has been a contributor and speaker at the Canadian Defence Lawyers “Best Defence” seminar, the Lindsay Kenney annual law seminar and training seminars for insurance adjusters and claims staff.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Tiffany attended University of Alberta and received both her Bachelor and Masters of Art degrees while working in student services and community development at the University. Ms. Tsang continued her studies at the University of Victoria, where she received her Bachelor of Laws in 1997.
