Perminder Tung

Perminder Tung is an associate lawyer in the Litigation Group based principally out of LK Law’s Langley office. He practices civil litigation, personal injury law, employment law and business/commercial litigation. He has argued cases at both the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, and many administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal. Perminder has conducted trials alone as well as assisted senior counsel in complex litigation matters.
Perminder completed his undergraduate degree at Simon Fraser University in 2004, then moved to Ontario where in 2008 he received his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Windsor and Juris Doctor (cum laude) from the University of Detroit. He summer-articled with a large international law firm in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining Lindsay Kenney, Perminder articled at another respected regional law firm in Vancouver.
Perminder was born and raised in the Fraser Valley region. He is an avid cook and basketball player, and a dedicated power-forward in the Fraser Valley ball hockey league. Perminder has been an active member in the community. He participates in the 200 km fundraising trek for the BC Lung Association and regularly participates on the LK Law HoopLaw team, which raises funds for disadvantaged children. He is active in the Canadian Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, and the Association of South Asian Professionals where he mentors emerging lawyers.
