John Kim

John Kim, a partner at Lindsay Kenney LLP, joined the firm in 1999 and is a lawyer in our Vancouver office. John practices insurance defence litigation as well as general commercial litigation and fire litigation. He appears at all levels of the courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.

Mr. Kim has practiced extensively in professional liability litigation, having represented auditors, accountants, professional engineers and architects. John’s work in general litigation has an emphasis on insurance focused on large complex matters along with subrogation on behalf of his clients.

A member of the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta, John practices in both jurisdictions.
