John B. Arnesen

John Arnesen joined LK Law in 1988 and is a partner of the firm working out of the Vancouver office. His area of practice is primarily in general insurance litigation with a focus on professional errors and omissions and dental and healthcare malpractice. His clients include professional liability, general liability and property insurers. John is also retained directly by professionals facing disciplinary complaints with their governing bodies. He provides legal advice and opinion on professional liability, insurance coverage, general liability and property issues and acts in the defence of related claims.

John was born and raised in British Columbia. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1982 and a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1988, both from the University of British Columbia. He was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1989.

When he’s not practicing law, John enjoys skiing, kayaking and travel.
