Christine Stewart
Associate - Vancouver Offices
As associate lawyer in LK Law’s Vancouver office, Christine Stewart joined the firm in 2003. Focusing on general insurance litigation, Christine acts in the defence of claims concerning personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, fire losses and occupier’s liability. She also handles appellate cases and those involving insurance coverage and subrogation.
Christine grew up and was educated in Vancouver BC. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in 1991 from the University of British Columbia. In 1998 she received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Queen’s University and was admitted to the BC Bar in May 2000.

- Danicek v. Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang, 2010 BCSC 1111. This was a mild traumatic brain injury case involving significant claims of loss of future earnings.
