Adam Kaukas

Adam was born and raised in the Vancouver area. He attended the University of British Columbia and obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 2007. After a three-year sojourn to Edmonton for law school, he returned to Vancouver with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. He began his articles with Lindsay Kenney in 2011 and was called to the Bar of the province of British Columbia in May of 2012.

At law school Adam involved himself in a wide array of activities. He was a dancer, choreographer, and actor in Law Show, an annual fundraiser. He was also the Captain and Treasurer of the Faculty’s rugby club. With his remaining free time he stayed as involved as possible, volunteering for Student Legal Services, the Law Philanthropy Club, and the Women’s Law Forum, among other groups.

Adam is an avid outdoorist. Whether he is riding his bicycle across the country, heading out for a multi-day hike, or hitting the beach to play volleyball, he enjoys stretching his legs in the fresh air.
