Lindsay Kenney LLP Golf Tournament 2011

The 21st Annual Lindsay Kenney LLP Golf Tournament took place at Langley’s Newlands Golf & Country Club on Thursday, September 15th.

This year the group raised money on behalf of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley and thanks to the generosity of our clients, lawyers and staff, over $2,000 was donated.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley provides a wide range of one-to-one mentoring programs for children and youth. Boys and girls are matched with mentors who provide friendship, guidance and support that positively affects their social and emotional development.

Even the heavy rain couldn’t dampen the spirits of the golfers. Their competitive edge shone through with the potential to win a new car for the first “hole-in-one”, sponsored by Preston Chev Olds of Langley. Some came close but unfortunately, nobody drove away with a new car.

The sun eventually made an appearance and a fun day was had by all. We thank everyone for attending and hope to see you at the 2012 event.
