I started with Lindsay Kenney LLP in 2001. I had been a legal receptionist with another law firm years ago. My life had taken a different direction, into the fitness field. After some serious injuries I found myself looking for an office environment again. As I had previously done legal reception, when I saw the ad for LK Law I applied. I thought to myself this was a road I had already pursued so I probably wouldn’t stay long. Well, almost 10 years later I am still here. And there are some good reasons for that!

Reception at LK Law has given me a chance to expand my capabilities in quite a few areas.  I have gained knowledge in other support departments so I am able to take on overflow for other staff members. The skills I brought with me in addition to what I have learned here help me provide our clients with good, strong customer service. Being encouraged to learn and grow and seek promotion has been a huge asset working at LK Law.

The phrase “teamwork” comes to mind—that’s what makes this such a positive place to work. Everyone here has a strong work ethic combined with the singular goal of giving our clients the best service possible.
